Leap Week Opt-Out Form

This form is to be completed ONLY if you are unable to attend the entirety of LEAP Week. While we strongly encourage all new students to participate in the full LEAP Week experience, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

If you are only missing a few events, you will just send your Orientation Leader a message once you are paired.

By completing this form, you are officially opting out of all LEAP Week activities and acknowledging that you will not be participating in any of the scheduled events. You will still receive important information about starting your academic journey at Augusta University electronically.
